Professional photographer of 15+ years (and former model) Shannon Tacheny (tash-ney) is opening up one day this summer to offer outdoor elite mini shoots for models.
Shannon has photographer for local businesses, boutiques, and magazines, and in the past modeled herself locally and throughout the country, as well as mentored dozens of models that have gone on to pick up agencies and new modeling work.
ELITE MINI SHOOT EVENT DAY DETAILS
DATE: Wednesday, August 14th (morning & evening slots)
LOCATION: Outdoors, downtown White Bear Lake (East Metro - easy to find); one or two rain-dates will be provided in the event of bad weather
TIME SLOTS: Booked apx every half-hour; will work with each model for 30-45 minutes as needed to get exceptional, flattering imagery. Models may be paired up and photographed in alternating segements during an overlapping time period.
OPTIONS: One outfit or two outfits. Come hair & makeup ready. (Booking a professional on your own is recommended). Come dressed in your first outfit. (If you are unsure of what to wear, come wearing one option, and then show us the possibilities upon arrival).
SPECIAL EVENT MINI SHOOT RATES: One outfit: $225; Two outfits: $285. (Compared to regular rates of $450 to $1250).
WHAT YOU’LL GET: Your mini shoot will include a variety of headshots, full length shots, and lifestyle imagery. You’ll get an online gallery with 20-40 images to preview approximately one and a half to two and a half weeks later. You’ll receive your choice of 4 direct downloads (one outfit) or 8 direct downloads (two outfits) of digital images. You’ll have the option to add more images or add natural-style retouching as an affordable upgrade at the time.
BONUS OPPORTUNITY for GROUP STOCK PHOTO SHOOT: Following the time-slots, models who have participated will have the option of staying for a group lifestyle/fashion shoot (apx 7:30 / 8pm that evening) for no additional cost. Models must be willing to sign a model release to license images from the group shoot for stock photography.
To participate in this bonus portion, please make a note on your booking, and bring 2 or 3 options of the following wardrobe items (white/pale gray/neutral blouse or white/pale gray/neutral t-shirt or white/pale gray/neutral dress PLUS jeans or trendy pants). Props will be provided. Participants from group shoot will receive 4 additional images at no additional cost (no retouching unless added-on) of their choice, as well as the opportunity to cross-promote with other models tagged in the same images.
