Today my heart just wanted to send a passionate note to YOU 💙 my DRIVEN Entrepreneur Friend...

It's OK.

You are doing GREAT. You are not behind. You are exactly where you need to be.🌿

You will never catch up. And that's not a bad thing! By moving forward with all your ideas & plans, you are getting serious, world-changing things done 💙 (even as it feels like you're never doing enough).

Other people are less overwhelmed than you. Other people are more streamlined. But other people aren't dreaming as big 🌿 (can you help it if the big dreams just keep coming?).

Other people find more time for self care (you're trying).

Other people are better at letting themselves off the hook.

But YOU are passionately, excitedly (even to the point of burn out sometimes; you're working through that) moving forward with what you feel is a calling, a passion that lights you up. 💙

Other people are ok with moving through life more slowly.

Other people are ok with doing what needs to be done & letting go.

Sometimes you are jealous (if only you'd been made with less drive?!?) but you also know you were made to be YOU, & there's just no denying it. 🌿

You, DRIVEN Friend... are a woman with purpose, with passion, bringing things to life, chasing down your world-changing dreams, making an impact in the lives around you (even as you beat yourself up that you're not doing more) & THAT is the place for you. 💙

And it's ok.🌿

Yes, you're overwhelmed sometimes.

Yes, there is never enough time.

And spoiler alert: no, you will never feel caught up (but you will choose to get the *important things* done, and value the *important people* in your life, because you have a big heart that cares).

Pause for just a minute... so you can see.

You can see all the impact, the accomplishments, the encouragement you've spread, & the growth 🌿 that's happened along the journey. And it is good.

You can see all the ways you've lightened up & leaned into grace (or are growing toward that!).

And how you've met some of your goals & seen some dreams come true & truly lived out some of your passions...

And it is good. 💙

Pause and let it soak in, pretty please, Small Business Woman.

Because I know you need to hear it. 💙
